Verwaltet Verknüpfungen mit Dateien und URLs wie gg (Gadu-Gadu), xmpp (Jabber), mirpu (PluginUpdater).
Sie benötigen andere Plugins, die Verknüpfungen mit URLs oder Dateitypen anbieten. Dieses Plugin bietet nur die Registrierung für andere Plugins, es fügt von sich aus keine Dateiverknüpfungen hinzu.

- Allows file types and URLs to be opened using Miranda NG and plugins.
- If Miranda NG is not running when an associated file or URL is opened it gets invoked automatically.
- You can add contacts easily from websites and forums.
- Adds an option to start Miranda NG automatically with your computer.

- Provides register services for other plugins (very easy to use).
