Updating pre-0.94.9 version to 0.95.1 and later

Updating an old Miranda NG version to 0.95.1 or later at once will result in database converting failure and profile corruption.

Old Miranda NG versions must be updated to 0.94.9 at first and only after that – to 0.95.1 and later. These versions are too old to be updated by PluginUpdater. Please use installer-updater below.

  • Installer-updater for Miranda NG pre-0.94.9 (32-bit version)
  • Installer-updater for Miranda NG pre-0.94.9 (64-bit version)
• Run the installer and point it to existing Miranda installation (in most cases installer will find the path automatically). The installer will update the binaries to 0.94.9 version.
• After update is over please run database check with DbChecker.
• After that you may continue using PluginUpdater for later updates.

IM Updater plugin for Miranda IM updates it to Miranda NG 0.94.9 which can be afterwards updated to the latest version by PluginUpdater.
