Format of file IRC_servers.ini
n<ordinal number>=<name>: <part of the world>, <country code>, <city>SERVER:[SSL support]<server address>:<port>GROUP:<group>
- Notes
- A hyphen is used to specify a port range, e.g. 6660-6669.
- <part of the world> is specified as EU, US, AS, etc.
- [SSL support] is an optional parameter. Possible values: SSL1 = auto-detect, SSL2 = force.
