!!! Custom modification to Extension:Display title (all changes gathered in "miranda" branch of this fork)
- Prevent extension to work on namespace Plugin to be able to change title of plugin pages without changing titles on categories and so on.
- Use "displaytitle" property for text of category links in categories bar.
