Discord protocol support for Miranda NG.

Tip
"User mention a user" works in format of <@long_Unique_ID_number> with Unique ID from userlist tooltip.

If you can't login in your Miranda, make sure you can login in your web browser. It may be some (unsupported) security check or Discord fault.

To add/change these options you will need Database Editor plugin.
