- Select language code. You should check it in Wikipedia or somewhere else.
- NB: add Mediawiki:Userlang/lng page with the language code. For example, if you language has 'zz' code, you are to create Mediawiki:Userlang/zz with zz as content.
- dd this code into Template:Language as it done for existing languages.
- Update all templates in .... Category by adding corresponding strings for your language.
- Update Localization/* templates. Be carefully when you change Localization/PluginCard template, you have to select correct term for category for articles on your language.
- Add translated strings to all disambiged articles
