order is important
- changes in {{Localization/PluginCard}}, {{Localization/PluginGroups}}, {{Localization/VersionCard}} in I18n
- move/rename Plugin description template (Plugin descriptions)
- recreate/copy content categories if nedded (lang-code in the name) (Content categories)
- move/rename all plugin pages and pages with langcode in the name like Langpacks
- correct all redirections and Disambiguations
- correct rest of the templates in I18n
- change lang-codes passed to PageLang template
- correct MediaWiki/Langs
maybe that's all
