Order is important!!

  1. changes in {{Localization/PluginCard}}, {{Localization/PluginGroups}}, {{Localization/VersionCard}} in I18n
  2. move/rename Plugin description template (Plugin descriptions)
  3. recreate/copy content categories if nedded (lang-code in the name) (Content categories)
  4. move/rename all plugin pages and pages with langcode in the name like Langpacks
  5. correct all redirections and Disambiguations
  6. correct rest of the templates in I18n
  7. change lang-codes passed to PageLang template
  8. correct MediaWiki/Langs
