Recent changes in the development version:

RSS feeds export/import feature added to Template:Plugin/en plugin.
Due to changes in Template:Plugin/en plugin (r4266) Miranda may fail to recognize paths to Template:Plugin/en, Template:Plugin/en, Template:Plugin/en, Template:Plugin/en skins. Correcting the paths in Folders' settings and (in some cases) re-applying the skin will solve the problem.
