Uwaga
Wtyczka tego protokołu nie jest już rozwijana. Użyj protokołu Dummy aby zachować swoje kontakty i historię.
Użytkownicy SkypeClassic będą musieli utworzyć nowe konto SkypeWeb, a historia może zostać zsynchronizowana przez wtyczkę SkypeWeb (przy użyciu opcji w ustawieniach albo ręcznie, dla każdego kontaktu z osobna, z pozycji jego menu podręcznego).

Zapewnia obsługę protokołu Skype w Mirandzie NG. Klasyczna implementacja, która do działania wymaga uruchomionego oryginalnego klienta Skype'a. W odróżnieniu od wtyczki opartej na SkypeKit, ta działa pod Windows 8.1.

Unfortunately, Skype API doesn't work well with latest Skype 6 software. There are some known bugs:
