Zeigt die Kontenverwaltung beim ersten Start. Plugin wurde in Miranda NG v0.95.3 eingestellt.
Pack creators may set the key of Byte type FirstRun/ForceShowAccManager = 1 to make the accounts manager open at Miranda's first start. The key is deleted automatically afterwards (r10510).
