When using image items for the frame, you really should use the FillColor statement to speed up drawing of the inner part which will always be invisible anyway, because the frame is only a few pixels wide. Adjust the sizing margins of the image items in a way that it will properly stretch on the frame, and then setup the window frame metrics:
