In Miranda NG it was moved to the core, and is loaded in absence of other plugins for messaging windows, or when they are inactive.
Tips and tricks
- While using StdMsg, you need NewEventNotify plugin in addition to PopupPlus, StdPopup or Toaster for popups in private conversations.
