This plugin is necessary for popups in private conversations when using StdMsg or Scriver.
History
Original plugin was written by icebreaker, modified by Prezes and some bugfixes were made by vj, vlko, Nightwish, the_leech and others. More fixes and updates by Joe @ Whale.
