Displays the Accounts window at the first start. Plugin was discontinued in Miranda NG v0.95.3.
Pack creators may set the key of BYTE type FirstRun/ForceShowAccManager = 1 to make the accounts manager open at Miranda's first start. The key is deleted automatically afterwards (r10510).
