FlashAvatars moved to deprecated.
FirstRun will be deprecated. Important note for pack creators: If you used the plugin before and you ship a profile with predefined accounts, create a database setting FirstRun/ForceShowAccManager = 1 (BYTE). It will show the accounts manager and the setting will be deleted.

- Fix getting friendship requests and improve loaded info (now shows contact ID and common friends).
